This person owns the process of shape and vocational discernment for the college population. The ultimate goal is that college students would major in their purpose and understand their shape as it relates to the spheres of influence.

The “Home Team” is simply the name for the students that attend school inside of metro Atlanta, as well as the group of volunteers dedicated to serve them. The “Home Team” can simply be considered as in of town students and the volunteers that focus on their care.
The “Away Team” is simply the name of the students that attend school outside of metro Atlanta, as well as the group of volunteers dedicated to serve them. The “Away Team” can simply be considered as out of town students and the volunteers that focus on their care.
This is the point of contact between Re:Thinc and college administrations. This volunteer establishes and cultivates relationships with the administration for the purpose of establishing “chapters” as official student organizations as well as utilizing campus facilities and funds for student-lead ministry opportunities/ collaboration.
This is a research and development position that serves as the resident expert for keeping the ministry ahead of the “relevance” curve. We will not only be up to date, but actually leading this area of ministry in strategy, thought, and execution.
